3D Animation

We use the latest tools in 3D animation to present instruction in the most engaging ways.

Process Based Learning (PBL), 2001 Process-based Learning is being used by two Carleton University professors to teach Stakeholder Analysis (SA) to international development professionals.  We modeled the activities of SA using a unique information presentation technique called a hyperbolic tree.  We then rendered the tree in a 3D space.
Aboriginal Statistical Training Course, 2002
3D animation is used to teach abstract statistical concepts such as rates and ratios.
Knot Tying (2002)

This proof of concept was used to demonstrate the use of 3D animation to teach seamanship knots.

Air Space to be Protected

Air traffic controllers must control multiple aircraft in four dimensions: lateral, vertical, horizontal and time.  Procedures that air traffic controllers need to learn can only be modeled in a 3D space.
